TOURman: Powerful, dependable, and easy to use

This package was created to help building managers and security directors monitor their entire facility. It is also a valuable tool for evaluating the performance and integrity of security personnel. The software has been designed to track all areas of the facility:

rooms
fire extinguishers
boilers
outside doors
and more!

TOURman requires the security officer to actually swipe a bar code at each stop on their tour. Manually keying in the stop number is not allowed. Every swipe is automatically time stamped by the BARman collection unit.

The TOURman package is complete with several reports. These reports indicate the time the location was checked and the status the security officer assigned to it.

The software contains the following:

incident codes
a table to identify the stops (the bar code number and the description will appear on
the reports)
a table to identify the stops on each tour (the system is capable of handling multiple tours)
reports that give detail in a number of formats including:
- by employee: activity for a specific date range
- by tour: when each stop was checked
- by date: noting only the exceptions that occurred for a specific date range exceptions include: "missed location", "unknown code", "out of sequence", or "multiple swipe".
